Okay thanks. I will not delete 2 part enteries anymore. I donnt mind sharing my tracker - just didn't know it was shared.

Hi - That particular video does get populated as 2 entries into your tracker because it is 10 minutes long (one entry for each 5 mins). The number at the bottom of your tracker is only for cardio. The strength minutes are added into your total fitness minutes and into the SparkAmerica minutes.

p.s. Yes, I could see your tracker from the button on your SparkPage. There is a way to turn that off if you do not want to share it with people. But, it sure helped me with diagnosing what was going on for you. :-)

So when I selected the ST box it popped the videos in my tracker. I deleted the extra I didn't do and kept just one. Is that how ur is suppose to look bc it is just there and not counting the 10 min to total minutes. It's counting only my cardio min at the bottom of the page.

Hi,

When I look at your tracker, I see the crunchless abs video is in there 3 times. So...I'm guessing you got it to work. Is that right? When you used the button on the video page, it should add the video to your strength section for you, you do not have to enter anything for reps, etc.

Let me know if you do still have questions.

Hi there
I am new in the challenge. I am fairly active on the site and activity wise. I already do a boot camp 5 days a week 55 min in the morning but I just want to do some more mini work outs at the end of the day so I joined here. I am having trouble adding video for day 2 on week 1. I did 2 videos in week one today Day 1 and day 2. I was able to enter Day 1 kickboxing one but I cannot add the day 2 crunchless abs. When I click on the button add to my tracker it takes me to another window asking am I sure? I hit yes and it takes to my tracker and there I can keep browsing but it doesnt show up. If I click on adding strength training on my tracker I am able to find it but then it asks for sets and reps and weights. There are no sets, it is just reps and then I am using body weight. It doesnt show calories burned etc as well. So how do you enter the strength training work outs?
