So I said last Wednesday (5/2) that I had a really hard day at work, well that extended into the workday on Thursday (5/3)... then I graduated this past Sunday (5/6) so I had family functions Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday... so that kept me from keeping up with the videos and cardio. I did keep track of my food intake though, and while the foods weren't the healthiest I tried to stay within my calorie limits.
I spent Tuesday relaxing, in attempt to recover from the weekend of family stuff, and started back at work this Wednesday (5/9, after 5 days off). I was going to do my video after work that night (I work 3-11) but ended up having to work a double which meant not getting off until 9am on Thursday to go back to work at 4:30. After 5 hours of sleep on Thursday (5/10) I was not fit to do ANY type of work out, heck they didn't even keep me at work once I got there because I looked so exhausted. Spent that night sleeping and relaxing.
Now today I will be doing my workout when I get home, no matter HOW tired I am... BUT I managed to lose 5 pounds since starting this so
now to keep it going and get back on track.
