I am not sure if I am entering my exercise minutes correctly. I had already started doing the 28 day bootcamp before I joined the challenge, so I am doing that instead of the other exercises. Anyway, on the dvd it gives the total time of each workout including the warm up and cool down. Am I supposed to enter that total in my minutes exercising or just the actual workout?
