That's good to know Sheenadee. I've started going to a gym for strength training. I've been trying to do my cardio, my video, the gym, and attempting to find time to fit in a bonus video.
Yes, it still counts if you substitute other workouts.

My goal is to do 10 mins a day exercise. Does it still count with the challenge if I don't do the assigned videos? I just started with the site right before I started the challenge.
