I get behind on the videos every week even though I do at least an hour of other exercise daily, but I'm determined to check off those little boxes on the team page! If trying to catch yourself up completely in one day seems overwhelming, try doing two a day (either in one sitting or individually) until you're current. (Just knocked out three of them, myself -- like I said, I'm always behind, lol!)

Don't feel bad if you missed some days. i missed days too. I am in it this year for the kick start back into working out. I just graduated last week with my B.S. in Health Administration. I have to say, 4 years of more sit down and study time than up and active time is making it hard to button my pants these days! I missed most of the first week but I am going to keep with my late start. I want to fit my interview clothes nicely and have energy to last the whole work day long.

Once again this year I am out because of my back . I am just going to leave this year as it is too much for me to come back....I need to take it easy this time! I WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR and kicking butt!!

Hi! Whether you decide to start over or to pick up where you left off is up to you. Either way, you are welcome to keep going; you certainly are NOT out of the bootcamp. In terms of the May contest, to be eligible for the weekly prizes you must have 200 fitness minutes tracked that week (Sun - Sat); monthly prize eligibility requires 500 minutes for May.

Do what you want to do. Start over if you like, or pick up where you left off. For the prizes it is solely by tracking the cardio and fitness minutes. So just pick it back up however you want.

Good question! I will be interested to see the answers. We will all have days we just cannot do what we plan and when that happens, do we just extend that week by a day or does it mean we have to start over?
