They can be anything so long as they get your heart rate up (30 mins of cardio). So, walking, bicycling, videos, whatever . . .

I am sure that they can be anything as the idea is to continue to exercise on a regular basis, however, it is much easier to add Spark videos into your tracker.

I have several strength training DVDs lasting from 30 to 40 minutes each. Do these count as one of the extra videos we do in week 2 (the ones in addition to the regular scheduled ones for each day), or do they need to come from the SP videos? Thanks!
