Try Oxycise! It combines cardio and toning. There is not a lot of moving around, and you can have a chair for balance if you choose. The Easy Does It series can do a lot of good and does not involve floor work if that is a problem. Levels 1 & 2 involve sitting, standing, kneeling, sitting on a mat, and lying on a mat. I have a history of seizures (not grandmal) and they have affected my balance, gait and speech. I was walking over a mile a day and then they happened again and now I'm back to learning to walk again. I want to do this challenge but not sure if I can do all of the exercises. I really want to loose some weight and not sure what to do. Can you help me?
