Try Oxycise! It combines cardio and toning. There is not a lot of moving around, and you can have a chair for balance if you choose. The Easy Does It series can do a lot of good and does not involve floor work if that is a problem. Levels 1 & 2 involve sitting, standing, kneeling, sitting on a mat, and lying on a mat. Check it out on YouTube.

What you put your focus on you will get.

Hi - You can substitute other exercises for the ones that are in the challenge videos. So, pick exercise that you know is safe for you to do and that is fine. Best wishes to you and your recovery!

I have a history of seizures (not grandmal) and they have affected my balance, gait and speech. I was walking over a mile a day and then they happened again and now I'm back to learning to walk again. I want to do this challenge but not sure if I can do all of the exercises. I really want to loose some weight and not sure what to do. Can you help me?
