If you go your Start page and look at the tabs along the top there's one called "Healthy Lifestyle"
Click on that and there's a drop down menu. If you click on "Lifestyle Centres" in that menu then you'll be shown another drop down menu, where one of the options is "Limited Mobility" (when yiu click on Lifestyle Centres you might be taken to the home page for Lifestyle Centres instead and you'll see a button to click for Limited Mobility - depending on the type of browser you're using).
I have bad knees. I have arthritis in one and have experienced water on the right one. Could you suggest what type of exerrcise I can do that would not aggravate the situation? I really would like to lose 20 pounds by Steptember. Any suggestions you can give me would be appreciate it.
