rainbows with a medicine ball or kettlebell. sit on the floor legs apart, lift the ball or kettlebell from one side over your head down to the other side in an arch motion. keep a positive mental attitude and look past the pain to the goal of gaining full range of motion again

I am having knee replacement surgery May 14 and intend to do low impact exercise and strengthening exercises prior to surgery and physical therapy exercises after surgery. I hope to be back to my daily walking routine within a month after surgery.

Hi.

If you go your Start page and look at the tabs along the top there's one called "Healthy Lifestyle"

Click on that and there's a drop down menu. If you click on "Lifestyle Centres" in that menu then you'll be shown another drop down menu, where one of the options is "Limited Mobility" (when yiu click on Lifestyle Centres you might be taken to the home page for Lifestyle Centres instead and you'll see a button to click for Limited Mobility - depending on the type of browser you're using).

Hope you find what you're looking for.

This my first time exploring the site. Where would I find the limited mobility portion?

You could also try the section on the site for limited mobility exercises or even chair exercises.

I have similar problems plus painful feet and find aquarobics and cycling to be the best but on a reclining stationary bike...

I have bad knees. I have arthritis in one and have experienced water on the right one. Could you suggest what type of exerrcise I can do that would not aggravate the situation? I really would like to lose 20 pounds by Steptember. Any suggestions you can give me would be appreciate it.
