Did the first video, and thankfully it was cardio kickboxing, my favorite! The only one I've mastered where I don't looking like someone else is controlling my body.

Just finished the video. I'm not as cordinated as I should be. It felt good though. It motivated me to do an additional 35.32 minutes on my elliptical. It feels great!
