Everyone seems to gain weight at first. Get through your first 30 days and then weigh yourself. You truly are building muscle right now, probably lots of it. The old adage that muscle weighs more than fat is very true. Perhaps don't weigh yourself weekly, instead take your measurements and judge how your clothes are fitting, though I do find at first my thighs seem bigger, only because of the muscle building there. Don't worry, almost all of us S90 dayer's have complained of the same thing!
