Second round of S90 completed today.
Tomorrow, I will start a well deserved rest.

I lost 3-4 lbs, but lost over 7 inches around my stomach. It's a great feeling.
It shouldn't take too long before I get antsy and start another program.
I like burning off the work day tension with some exercise in the late afternoon.
Now that I am in better shape, I like it and want to stay this way.

I completed the 90th day today. It feels great to finish this for the first time, but I know I'll be back for a second helping of S90. After a while it turned into fun.

Finished Day 90 This morning - I lost 8.9 pounds, 2 inches off my waist, 1 inch off my hips, Body fat % from scale -6.7%, body fat % via calipers -12.1%

In general I am quite happy, but still more to go.

Finished 90th day Sunday. Final weigh in on Monday morning - 35 lbs lost. Blood sugar A1C went from 6.5 to 5.9. Will likely be able to lower blood pressure meds in a couple weeks.

My weight loss in the 2nd 45 days was much higher than 1st 45 days - that's about when I joined this group, making me more accountable.

Congratulations on finishing CHEMCHIC2006!!!!!! Good luck on your marathons!!! I finished July 22d---awesome program!!! I am now doing Insanity--on day 20--also an awesome program. I have been mixing S90 days workouts in the program just because I want to keep my strength training up to par. Also I miss Tom and his crew LOL!!! Everyone keep up the good work. It is worth it!!!

Congrats - I have yet to restart and with full blown half marathon training going until April. I probably won't restart until then. I will be doing a variety of ST DVDs that will allow me flexibility with my running and incorporating the ST I need to stay strong.

SO who out there has finished Supreme 90 Day? I know MISTYBLUE16, NEE4BUD, and MISSMOLLY57 have finished recently (YAY guys!!! CONGRATS!!!) Who else has finished? and what is everyone doing now that they've done it!?

As for me... I'll be taking an S90D break and focusing on my half marathon training. What about you??
