Got the Kettleworx program and the 25 minutes (with the warm up and cool down) fits into my schedule perfectly. I'm off to a slow start on my goal but with this fitness program, I should be able to make more progress. I also got Zumba DVD's but have to learn the steps. It's been more frustrating than fabulous.
With the Kettlework, I am sore in places I didn't know existed. :)
I personally enjoy pilates... I am not a huge cardio person. I am trying to get more involved with my cardio (such as taking spinning classes, etc)... but I have the toughest time getting motivated to do so.
