I joined 6/8/2011. I waited 3 wks to weigh in the first time. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the scale had dropped 5 whole pounds!! I am waiting another 3 wks till I weigh again. I want to concentrate on how I feel not the number.

I joined Spark exactly 1 week ago and I was able to shed 2 pounds! I didn't workout as much as I would have liked but planning my meals for the week and doing some videos posted on the website have helped me. I plan to include more exercise this week and what the results are next week. Hope everyone is doing well!!
