Hanging in there trying to get motivated. They say when your kids get older you'll have more free time. They are 29 and 25 and an almost 8 yo granddaughter. And then there's work. I'm still waiting. :) My time will come. But I'm not getting any younger. LOL. At least the weather has cooled down for a few days. I'm loving it!

I'm always on, lurking in the shadows, entering my food and exercise throughout the day. Still maintaining, although I'm sure I'm going to gain weight (hopefully mostly water) from dining out too much this week (or at least too close to my weigh-in,Monday morning). But, I'm going to try to not worry about it. Although it looks like there won't be any outdoor biking for me this week (rainy and cold), so it's probably going to be a tougher week than usual for me.

Hello

I am so glad that someone is back on !!! I am so motivated to do a challenge, the weather is warming up and I am loving the sunshine. How about an healthy eating/exercise challenge???? Is anyone interested????

Now that the weather is changing, it's nice to be outside and get some fresh air. Ken - if your first few rides are any indication, you will be riding a lot this year. Good for you. You found a passion and keep working at it.

Thanks! It depends on the day. But, in general, I feel that maintaining is harder. I guess maybe it's just that whatever you are doing "right now" seems hardest, hahaha! During maintenance you definitely lose the momentum effect that you get while you're losing. I suppose it's all just a never-ending learning experience.

congratulations on maintaining. I find for me it is harder to maintain than lose; I think it is my mind set. Keep up the good work

I limit my time on SP lately, since I've got such a backlog of work I'm trying to conquer and since I've been successfully maintaining for quite a while now. But, I'm up for anything! If anyone wants to start a challenge, I'm definitely in. I'm still here every day!

I know that i have been lazy recently but I would love a challenge! hours exercised in a week, healthy eating and/or logging your food. I am up for anything.

How fast time flies! We are at the end of another year. Although it will be a busy last few days of 2013, have you thought about your goals for the new year?

What would you like to see the Team do next year? Any challenges? Fun stuff?
