And now May is almost over and I am looking forward to June! School will be out and the days will be mine. I love to start my day with a cup of tea and then an exercise video. I always feel good when I do that (especially at 9:00 am and not 4:30 am). Happy Memorial day to all.

I am right there with you on that one! So glad for the weekends but they are just as busy as the week. The only good thing is I am sleeping a bit better at night - almost 5 straight hours!!!. Probably because I can open the window and get some fresh air. The bad thing . . . is I get leg cramps really bad. My grandma always got them. She said it was because she left the window open at night and the night air blew in over her legs. I poo-poo'd her and she shook her fist at me said you just wait. LOL! Loved my grandma. How right she was! She's probably laughing up there in heaven, shaking her fist at me saying you made fun of me!!!!

Thanks for the Mom's Day wishes! I celebrated the day by taking a real rest day (including a 3 hour nap!). It was needed!

That's too bad about your fitbit. Could you exchange it under warranty?

Nice weather has finally arrived in MN, even though it was a little cooler and rainy today. I'll take rain over snow right now!

Spring has finally arrived. The weather has been so nice lately. Just wish I could spend more time enjoying it and less time working - whether at home or at work. Just not enough hours in the day. But I have been trying to get some 'me' time in and taking a few minutes to myself. It's a start!

I recently purchased a fitbit since my pedometer buttons were starting to stick and it didn't appear to be working all that well. The fitbit is counting way more steps than my old one. And it updates my fitness and fitbit totals by logging them in when you get close to the computer jumpdrive. It's just there, logged in without me doing anything. Too freaky for me.

I'm really looking forward to the nicer weather, too! Last weekend was awesome! I did my first outdoor biking for the year and put on over 107 miles! My gym membership and time spent in the spinning room kept me trained throughout the winter.

Now it is cold and cloudy again. emoticon

In fact, it even snowed, but at least nothing accumulated in our yard or the roads I frequent. However, I absolutely know this winter has to be over soon!!! I got a ton of sun over the weekend (actually sun-burnt, but it's fading to tan now), so I think I have my supply of vitamin D until it gets nicer next week. *crosses fingers*

Anyhow, I hope everyone is doing well. Our two year Sparkversaries are all coming up!

Well, hello all!

Words cannot describe how happy I am that May is here! April, especially the tail end of the month, kicked the tail end of ME! Sigh! Anyway, the weather here is AMAZING (which is so unusual for the Pacific Northwest!), which I find to be a great motivator....as long as I have enough allergy medication!
