motivation....I plan out my food and eat only what I pack. I also begin my day thinking about which workout video I am going to do the minute I get home from work. I think about the video throughout the day, so that by the time I get home, I am actually looking forward to doing it.

I have slacked off also. I find myself having a self to self argument almost daily regarding exercise or not. Sometimes exercise wins and some times exercise loses. I feel good after exercising so I should be doing more of it. When the scale goes down even a little it encourages me to keep going forward. Hopefully the early spring weather will help get me outside more.
Yes, what do you do to keep motivated? I need to know! If my tight jeans, lack of energy, lack of sexuality do not motivate me, then what will? Hmmm...those are all negatives, maybe I'm too focused on what I do NOT want. I need to focus on what I do want, and I need to STAY focused. That is my problem. I just plain forget and all of a sudden I'm buying something from the snack machine. I believe in God and angels and spirit guides and my higher self and the universal field and love. But I forget to ask for help, for strength, for guidance. I forget. I don't know how you can forget that, but I do.
