I'm with AVROIEN - most of my goals are rewards enough. But I'm working on setting some new small goals to help create some additional habits. I like the idea of a new Wii game or something personal like makeup. I love buying skincare type things, so coming up with something in this area would be a nice treat.

My short-term goal (hopefully it's a short-term goal!) is to get below 160 lbs, but haven't figured out a reward. Maybe a new Wii game? I have trouble with rewards.

I am in serious need of a goal review and update along with rewards. I just met a mid-term goal of hiking Beacon Rock, but the hike along with reaching the top and the camping trip that accompanied it really was a combined goal and reward.
