I want to be able to run a half-marathon and then a marathon. I really want to do the Disneyworld "Goofy's Race-and-a-Half Challenge" some day. I also want to be able to do a lot of push-ups, though I don't know how many. Right now I can only do wall push-ups, but so far so good with those. :)

I'd like to be able to dance all night again...or even 1-2 fast dances in a row without feeling like my heart rate is higher than 220 minus my age!!

My fitness goals are 1) to be able to fit in my size 8 again. I am about 1/4 of the way there. 2) to be able to live a long and healthy life. Be around for my future grandchildren. 3) to be happy with the way I look and feel.

I have 2. One is to be able to do a 90 second plank. I was able to do one before I had my son but, afterwards, I could barely do 10 seconds. I've been doing a plank every day and am now up to 45 seconds.
My second is to run a 5K. I'm doing the Couch to 5K plan now and have signed up for my first 5k on August 13.
