I think sugar does something to my brain (seriously) which causes me to stop caring whether I overeat. I try to not eat foods with added sugar, but I had yogurt today, and somehow just had one and didn't eat anything else afterwards. Mexican food is impossible for to not overeat...I love those tortilla chips and salsa.

We ate mexican this weekend and it triggered a craving for something sweet and I think I really wanted pop. The craving went away rather quickly so it wasn't a struggle or maybe it is a sign of being more mindful.
