I love to do Exerbeat, a recently released exercise game for the Wii. I did about 1 1/2 hours of cardio (aerobic dancing and salsa dancing) then 20 minutes of stretching. This afternoon, I'm hoping to do an hour of walking (3.5 miles) to finish up my day.

When i get home i am putting the Dance DVD on and instead of picking a 10 minute section i am going to play the full 50 minutes and see how far i can go. Wish me luck :)

Today I went up and down the basement steps about 50x bringing stuff upstairs for our tag sale this morning. Now I get to do it all again to bring down the stuff that did not sell! (Well, not quite as much!) Later I'm hoping to go for a walk around the neighborhood with my daughters.

at the moment i am loving my exercise dvd from the 10 minute solutions range. It's called dance yourself fit in 10 minutes which is great! There are 5 10 minute sections and you can do one, all or a few. It's a great way to get back into exercise and build up the stamina. Also loving the ab cruncher and dumb bell infront of the tv emoticon

This weekend I did a lot of fun moving around and nothing structured. I played frisbee golf, corn hole, went walking on park trails and just enjoyed family all weekend. Tonight I think I will stay home and do a yoga dvd. It went from gorgeous weather to cold and rainy here. Yuck! Hopefully not much more. Come on Summer!
