Wow, you never think about these disasters one sees on TV affecting someone in your life or someone you know on the internet--and then we hear of Yvonne! It almost sounds like science fiction! I wish there was some way we could whisk her to one of our homes for safety...but that's kinda the curse of the internet--so far away.
Yvonne has always been so sweet and kind--I truly hate to hear of this tragedy. I will keep her in my prayers and thoughts, for sure!

Good Morning Team,
Yes, I am still around -November, I lurked as I am completing class work as a candidate for a Master of Divinity. Almost finished and grateful. This morning, I come to you on behalf of our Team Leader Travelnista.
Last week I sent out a message that I had received communication from her. Last evening I spoke to her. Storm Sandy hit the New Jersey Coast really hard and debilitated many people, one of which was her. Her home was completely flooded and she is now living in a shelter. She has lost things that can not replaced and right now, and she gave me permission, to say, her mind has not caught up with this - she is still trying to understand it all and she has had no closure.
Currently, she is awaiting information about her home, whether it is to be fixed or condemned, since it was totally flooded, left are the walls. Some folks have been placed in homes, however, because she is single with no children, she most likely will be the last served in the manner. The conditions are very sad, as well as her being able to eat well - shelter food or fast food.
As you know , prior to Sandy, Yvonne had sustained an injury and thank God, that has healed, however, now she has tremendous swelling in her left foot and is awaiting to see the doctor - this is a major concern, because she is a diabetic.
I have a couple of ideas that I must run past Spark, before I can share them with you, but right now, if you believe in the power of prayer, please send them for Yvonne, and any other good wishes. I will remain in contact with her. She said, she is amazed as the kindness of people as she has witnessed some remarkable acts of kindness.
Thank you for reading this and please enjoy your day..
