Maybe an extra boost of B-Vitamins... What is it that you eat that seems to be the problem first and foremost?
If it's sweets try having raw sweets available. Maybe your raw ice cream and drizzle some raw cacao syrup on it and add some raw nuts walnuts, chopped almonds.
I made this Raw Cream with Cacao Butter, Cashews and Agave (what was left over from the Russell James Dessert) and I made a small dessert for my daughter and I when she came over.
I also had left over raw crumble for the pie I put that on the bottom topped it with fresh strawberries, Raw Sweet Cream and the Raw Cacao for the filling and that was delicious. j
If it's chips you had try pre-making them a few days before and make some cashew sour cream.
Again not sure what you ate so you can make it RAW and Healthier.
So Sorry you are going through this but if this makes you feel better I tend to eat more during TOM and I don't let it bother me because since your eliminating having more food intake I think protects you from getting sick if you don't eat enough causing you to get sick form lack of nutrients so I don't worry about it at all.
