Burger up date, and yes I know this is not "pure" raw but still very very close.
After dehydrating I did something different for my family's burger (they are less raw ) I took out my cast iron skillet that has the grill strips in it (what are they called?) sprayed a wee bit of EVOO in it and got it very hot. Put in the veggie burgers, counted to ten and flipped over, counted to 20 and took out. Mind you these burgers are over 1 inch thick. Left grill marks, smelt amazing. I topped with vegenaise mixed with red chili paste(all natural), and some creole (no sodium) seasoning all natural as well. Loaded them with lettuce, tomato, sliced onion, veggie cheese, eggplant bacon strips and the sauce. Theirs I served on an Ezekiel bun. They went back for seconds. My DH and DS (26 yrs old) raved about them. They said I could serve them anytime. There is truly a way meat eaters and vegans can eat High Raw together and make it work.
