I have started adding it to my mixes that I have on hand-such as pancake mix, and muffin mix. I truly don't notice the difference, and I am a recent junkfoodaholic. I add about 1/4 cup to the juffy muffin mix, and yesterday, added 1/2 cup to the pancake mix. I figured since I still had to use these up until I bought or made a more healthy option, this would add some nutrition.

Hi Angie, Welcome to the group. You can replace 1/4 cup of flour with 1/4 cup wheat germ in most baked goods recipes like muffins, biscuits, homemade granola, topping on fruit crisp, and cookies, etc. I also substitute whole wheat pastry flour for one half or more of the white flour. Enjoy. Elaine

Welcome Angie! I started sprinkling a couple tablespoons on top of my salads. Mixed in with meals, you can't taste it at all, as long as you don't go overboard with it. If I remember right, the book says you should eat 2 TBSP a day. I'll have to double check on that. Anyway, it's a great question and I hope to hear more ideas too!
