vegetarian day-took the pieces of beef out of the goulash and just ate the sauce on noodles, raisin bran, cranberry/pomegranate juice, carrots, avocado, tomato, whole wheat toast, mixed dried fruit

You have a super healthy diet. Thanks for including your menu. I ate these healthy foods today: orange juice, V-8 juice, asparagus, strawberries, banana and salad with lettuce, green pepper, tomato, peas, and onion.

soy (tofu), tomatoes, broccoli, tea, oranges (tangerine juice counts, right), beans, pumpkin (sweet potato actually), spinach, walnuts

breakfast
scrambled tofu with mushrooms
salsa
sweet potato hash

lunch
steamed broccoli and mushrooms, white beans and tomato sauce
red grapefruit

snacks
AM: none
PM:10 strawberries

dinner
Not real hungry, but need the calories so had a smoothie.
Blackberries, tangerine juice, pomegranate juice, banana, spinach, ginger.
1 oz walnuts

Using this post really has helped me to up my intake of fruits and vegetables. Today I ate some banana, orange juice, grapes, V-8 juice, corn on the cob,lettuce, green pepper, peas, and tomato. Made a seven layer salad with a lot of that. Yummm.

Yeah, milk is good for the bones and OK - the cookie - that's one for sure! LOL! Runner's World suggests eating something with sugar 15 minutes before a work out. It's suppose to give you more energy and a better performance. I'm sure that cookie is way more healthier than any power bar and tastier too. However, I've never tried a power bar so I can't say for sure. :)

I've had carrots, strawberries, and a banana so far and will have cauliflower with dinner. Also had two oatmeal raisin cookies-that's debateable. Does milk count as a super food? It is so good with the cookies.

Breakfast: Oatmeal

Snack: Orange

Lunch: Multi-grain, low carb Tortilla, with hummus, turkey, baby spinach and cherry tomatoes inside.
10 almonds

We won't talk about the poisonous fritos that I had because I was still hungry and out of control. Now the bag is gone and I don't have to worry about that any more because I will NOT be buying any more to tempt me. Actually, my mom gave us the bag. I'll have to talk to her............
