This sounds like an excellant resource. I'm going to check it out. Thanks for posting on it. I thought Joy Bauer's book "Food Cures" quite disappointing -- worthless after all the hype.

"The Healing Foods" by Hausman and Hurley, 1989, Rodale Press is another excellent resource for finding super foods. The book is arranged alphbetically listing foods along with health conditions. The table of contents starts with Acerola, Alfalfa Sprouts, Allergy, Anemia, Angina, Appendicitis, Apples, Apricots, Artichokes, etc. up through Wheat Germ, Wound Healing and Yoghurt. There are some recommended menus for health conditions and a few recipes for using the super foods.
