blueberries; black beans; sweet potatoes; oatmeal; salmon; spinach; broccoli; tomatoes; chocolate; walnuts; soy; onions. These are the 12 best foods, according to Dana Jacobi who wrote the book 12 Best Foods Cookbook. i do eat many of these each day. I dont eat much soy or chocolate but all the others are common in my diet.
