Great source of loose leaf tea, very good, relaxing, and tasty (try the mango...yum, yum!)
..: angie :..
I just did research on the book today at the library.
The tea is green tea, black tea and oolong tea. They all come from the same plant, they are just processed differently. Herbal tea is not a true tea, it is made from roots and herb plants. Though they have medicinal purposes, they do not have flavanoids. Earl Grey is a black tea. Lipton Cold brew and Brisk are black teas, etc.
Hope that helps.

Is that any tea? I like Earl Grey tea...I'm not sure what is in it tho!
