Yes spinach is good for age-related macular degeneration and cataracts, because it has Lutein.

For people over 50, lol like me, it is important when taking vitamin supplements to look for Lutein in the ingredients.

I have also found out that spinach has benefical ingredients for healthy hair.

Every day is an opportunity to make a new happy ending!
