I love lots of grains, but my favorite oatmeal dish is overnight oats. I eat it about 2-3 times a week or more.
1/2 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup soymilk of choice (I prefer Naturally Preferred Organic Vanilla..very creamy) Cinnamon to taste. 1 tsp of orange zest (optional)
Pour soymilk over oats and stir. Let sit, covered in the fridge overnight. In the morning, stir again, warm if desired (I like cold or just warmed to take the chill off). Add fruit and/or nuts as desired.
For people that don't like oatmeal, never gave overnight oats a try!
