Non-fat greek yogurt. I prefer the kind with honey. 1 yogurt and 1-2 servings of lean proteins(beans, shrimp, bison) will get me to my protein intake for the day.

I always have trouble with getting enough protein too. Cottage cheese has lots of protein, but I don't like it. I add chickpeas to salads and eat string cheese for snacks to help boost my protein.

Im having trouble reaching my protein minimum for each day, but usually get close to maxing-out on calories. Any ideas? Also, I am doing well with fats and carbs. Low-cal calcium ideas would be great to, thanks a bunch!
