Hello, I am new here and glad to have found this group.
I recently read Superfoods Rx Diet. I completed the first slim down week and lost 6 pounds. I wasn't feeling like I knew exactly how the program worked however.
I know you are to eat so many foods from cat 1, 2, and 3, and I know they talk about size of the portions there. But I guess I don't quite understand the sidekicks or something. I didn't really find that the book told me how to put the meals and side kicks together to make a meal plan. And they have dessert ideas in the back, but again they don't discuss how they would be calculated into the category and portion section.
I just felt a little lost I guess. Did anyone else feel this way and can explain it to me?
