Nuts and seeds are so easy to add to your diet. I eat a handful or toss a few in yogurt, salad, or oatmeal.

Our superfood of the week is nuts. They are so healthy. Packed with healthy oils and natural anti-oxidants. they are high in plant protein and low in cholesterol and starch. They lower total cholesterol, and increase good cholesterol. Here are a couple of links with more info for you. Enjoy.
