I'll start us out. Here my everyday breakfast that keep me full until lunch.

One packet oatmeal (I like the high fiber kind)
3/4 cup fresh or frozen berries of choice
1 tbs slivered almonds
1/2 tps cinnamon
2 tsp honey

Mmmmmm!! Happy Breakfast Time!

We already have a mini meal suggestion board, so here's our "real meal" suggestion. Try to encorporate at least three superfoods in each meal and keep them within a healthy calorie range (400-600 calories/meal). Recipes are great, but quick throw together meals would work to (something we could take to work at the last minute). Come on guys! Let's come up with some great ideas!
