JULIESHERM- That is how i squeeze my fruits in also!!! It is really good!!! Yogurt,Honey,Frozen Berries,Flax and Protein powder. Sometimes i mix it up and do silk chocolate light with the protein powder, a banana and 4 ice cubes and 2 TBSP peanutbutter!!! Do you use the whey protein?? I notice i am not even hungry until lunchtime!!!

This is your chance to offer your favorite mini-meal ideas you've been wanting to share...Please offer mini meal suggestions which incorporate some of your favorite "Superfoods". They can be for anytime during the day, for example, lunch-time or mid-day. One of my favorites: 2 T. garlic hummus with jarred roasted red peppers and a "stacker" pickle slice with shredded lettuce in one half of a multi-grain pita with 4 oz. grape juice. Each meal should be approximately 250 calories. Some say eating 5-6 mini meals throughout the day along with regular exercise could boost our metabolism. Let's hear from you!
