Hi! I am new here as well. Just came across the term "Superfoods" in the last week. I have been having some digestive "issues" and ignoring my health (see blog from yesterday if interested) and picked up the book The SuperFoods RX Diet. I absolutely LOVE 90% of the stuff on the list so I thought I would give it a try and give my body a little break. I am going to try to follow it pretty closely for the first two weeks and then reassess and see how I feel. Regardless I suspect I will try to incorporate these principals as much as possible - it's hard to argue with how good all these foods are for you.
I am REALLY hoping there is someone out there - this doesn't seem like the most active group - I am REALLY anxious to find some support so LETS GO you guys!!!
