I'm new to this group but I know in the summer I've been busy pulling weeds out of my veggie patches and not on the site as much ... my food logging has really dropped. I am still trying to eat the best, freshest, cleanest foods possible though and for me that means lots of gardening! My veggies are starting to come in so fast right now I can barely keep up picking them ... Isn't that a shame ...
Hey - I want to get some activity going too. I took my books with me on vacation to the smoky mountains to re-read them. I read the entire website on the drive down.
I'm so psyched and ready to get back on track. I turned 39 on Monday an I want to be healthy and at my goal weight by the time I turn 40.
I love all the superfoods - I don't think there is a food I don't love. Avocado's are probably my favorite food ever.
Spinach - I put it in almost EVERYTHING! I buy frozen organic spinach from wholefoods and add it to everything from soups, eggs, omlets, tortillas, salmon patties, spagetti- you name it - I add it, lol
I've been feeling good the past week, exercising and eating right. I see there hasn't been a ton of activity here lately. Maybe we can start something up? How is everyone doing? I'm still trying to eat right and be healthy! Today I'm having blueberry pomegranate yogurt with flax seeds.
For exercising, I've started the summer bootcamp from Sparkpeople. I'm really excited about it!
