OK I am realizing how truly difficult it is going to be to loose a pound a week. I binged twice last week. What is my trigger??. If I could figure that out,....Gained instead of lost. However I did all my exercise minutes.
Ok since I don't know how to get anyone to join this team I will post to myself. I am still not loosing weight. I did read an article that was interesting about keeping it up anyway nad you will reset your metabolism. HMM??
i hope everyone is achieving their goals here. I am trying to acheive mine had i messed up in July my eating habits was terrible and i only exercised twice last month. So i am starting over this month So far i am power walking and i lost 2 pounds.Since i started here on SP i lost 3 pounds gained back now i am back on track. Hoping to lose 10 by the end of this month.
