I am currently helping out on night shift. 8pm to 4:30 am. I try to go to bed and wake up at the same time ideally 6 in the morning till 2pm but usually does not work quite that way. We just got hit by mandatory overtime this week so I gotta make some adjustments to my sleep schedule.

I generally do, but it's WAY too late: usually after midnight. I wake up after four or five hours with a backache and then switch to my recliner to, hopefully, finish my night's sleep. I'd love a new mattress, but the one I think I'd need is too expensive for my husband's taste.
