I eat 2 to 3 yogurts a day. Yoplait light - they are 90 cals each. I get all different flavors.

When I keep it stocked, I eat it several times a week. Lately, I like it in smoothies, and now that hot weather is here, daily strawberry/blueberry/banana smoothies will be on the plan!

How did I miss yesterday. I thought you asked about laundry yesterday. Doesn't matter.

I do eat yogurt occasionally. Very occasionally, which actually irritates me as I want to eat it more often. I think I have a habit of killing off all the good "bugs" in my system when I have an infection and I have to take anti-bios, then I don't "restock" the good ones back in and I have lots of problems for awhile and it dawns on me that I did not eat any yogurt with active cultures in it.

I like Danon best but will eat others, except I don't like Greek yogurt - texture. I usually go fat free as it's a place I don't need the fat and can live without it, as I do most, if not all of my dairy products.

I eat yogurt every morning. And I must say, that it really does help keep my digestive tract going nice. If I miss it, I can tell. So just a hint for anyone who might need it. ;)
