I do a mix of Primal/Paleo so I am on the other two teams as well as this one. Between the three, I get the info I need. I am guilty of stalking. Just reading posts and not necessarily chime in. I'm very active on another team, a co-leader and that keeps me busy.

I agree, you get out what you put in. Based on the active team I am on, we have 5 leaders and we all take responsibility for keeping things lively. It's a commitment that not all have the time for or focus. So try to come up with some topics that you are interested in and see what it generates.

I think Jenna's right... everyone will get out what they put in... starting new threads is usually a good way to generate activity. It helps a lot if the team leader regularily posts new info, but that doesn't seem to happen much.

For myself, I'm just busy putting into practice all I'm learning (I LOVE the lifestyle, too)... no issues... I've done tons of research on my own, and while I'll join in a discussion, I rarely have any burning issues I need to discuss/bring up.

It used to be a lot more active... Not sure when or why it changed, but as soon as that wheel point thread started (still don't understand what that's all about either), everything else quieted down... You might be surprised to see people coming out of the wood work if you post a new topic for discussion!

I notice this isn't a very active team. :( It makes me bummed. This is such a great lifestyle to lead, and I am always looking at posts for new recipe ideas, or to see what people are experiencing with the change, or challenges people are facing... But, doesn't seem like much of anything is going on except wheel point logging and I think that may be for the points.. LOL! Oh well/ Hope everyone is doing good with their eating habits and exercise. :)
