I had 4 eggs scrabled in bacon grease tonight and a bowl of yogurt with a pear. Sometimes we just have to get food when there's time and then really enjoy it. emoticon

Thanks for those suggestions! I went ahead and fixed two sirloin patties and four eggs. Don't laugh! I was really hungry! I'm working on water now, too. I've got to be sure I don't let myself get so hungry from now on...but it was just the crazy day, I suppose life happens.

Eat the soup if you don't think you'll get cravings and eat all night. You could top it with some sour cream, melt cheese on top, melt coconutoil into it. emoticon
If you have eggs in the house hard-boil some and have them with the soup and maybe have some cheese with it.

I want to go 30 days without any grains. However, it has been a long day and I just got in from taking the baby to the doctor (he has an ear infection) and everyone else is in bed.

Should I either 1. Cook a sirloin patty and fried egg, which will satisfy me as I am starving right now. I have eaten and drank almost nothing today. But, I don't feel like cooking it or having the mess to deal with. 2. Eat a prepared soup I got from Costco which is Clean but has some tortillas in it. It's a small amount and the only thing wrong with the soup. But, it would be fast and satisfying. I think if I eat the whole thing it'll be 22 carbs? But, there's lots of veggies in it, too.
