Yes - the book is mainly what I am referring to - the Primal Blueprint. The recipe books may come in handy, but I haven't used them too much as yet. Unfortunately my family isn't on board with Paleo/Primal, so I'm cooking 2 meals most nights.
I also read Robb Wolf's book (may have spelled his name wrong - "The Paleo Solution", and Sarah Fragoso's book "Everyday Paleo". I've used recipes from her book a few times.
I started my Primal journey with a Whole 30 by Whole 9 - you may want to google that. I found it really helped. It's like going cold turkey but it really helps to get rid of cravings, and kickstarts your weightloss.
