There is lots of info about ketosis eating and how it works. The summary is this. Your body will use fat for fuel rather than sugar and will not store calories in your fat cells but mobilize the energy stored in fat cells and burn it in muscle cells.
It is healthy and helpful (although not always necessary) to eat a ketosis diet long-term as long as you consume enough veggies and some fruit to get the nutrients you need.
You can talk to God all you want and that's great, but the changes happen when you start listening to him.
