Oh, it is AWESOME you have a buddy in this! And an amazing-looking one at that. Well done on Day 1, IndiGoGoGirl!

Having been through the purging of the pantry big-time, I can attest to the fact that filling it instead with amazing produce and easy to grab foods is a winner. I keep homemade trail mix in the car, plenty of apples and nut butter available. Never want for anything to eat, but nowadays don't often feel like snacking so much, because the meals satisfy so well.

Hi All! First day of the challenge for me today (been easing into Primal for about a month and a half). I feel good, I feel about how my day went and most of all I'm proud of myself and feeling positive. I had a couple of hard moments throughout the day (overwhelmed, exhausted, REALLY wanted to reach for the carbs to "rescue/distract" me from my stressors...but, I stayed away:) We really don't have any really yummy carbs left in the house anyway:) Stay positive everyone, we CAN do this! Oh, by the way, my hubby has been following the blueprint very closely for about a month and a half, and he already looks amazing! His energy is up, he is sleeping better...and that makes me feel like this lifestyle is attainable.

Hello, For those of you wondering how this is going to appear, I'm going to reused past challenge threads in the exercise forum, making each day's thread the "sticky" thread for the day. I'll re-state the day's challenges, but I like giving us all the opportunity to learn from and enjoy peoples' adaptations from the past.

Do not get discouraged if your life does not permit hitting every point of the challenge! Do what you can, be where you are, and keep moving through it. There will be future challenges, and other chances to catch the ones you missed. Perfect is the Enemy of Good Enough.

I hope you'll join us! Good night!
