Hello, For those of you wondering how this is going to appear, I'm going to reused past challenge threads in the exercise forum, making each day's thread the "sticky" thread for the day. I'll re-state the day's challenges, but I like giving us all the opportunity to learn from and enjoy peoples' adaptations from the past.
Do not get discouraged if your life does not permit hitting every point of the challenge! Do what you can, be where you are, and keep moving through it. There will be future challenges, and other chances to catch the ones you missed. Perfect is the Enemy of Good Enough.
