If you google HIIT you will get a lot of great stuff to come up. Are you looking at home use or gym use? Right now I use the treadmill to do Sprints or the row machine to do intervals at the gym. I try to do 1 day a week as HIIT. I also found out that I could do intervals if I used the incline on the treadmill for a super low impact workout.

Do you like DVDs? I really LOVE Cathe Friedrich. She has some HiiT dvds, but she has just put out a low impact HiiT workout. A whole series of low impact higher intensity workouts actually... You can also download the workouts and burn them onto DVD or lay on your ipod, ipad, etc. If you look at the Low Impact series, cathe.com/ there is a workout called Afterburn. Does anyone know of some good information about High Intensity Interval Training? I'd like to look at some programs and see how they fit into the Primal lifestyle. Not to much high impact though! That is a no go for me.
