To everyone following the challenge - I have to beg out. 2 weeks ago, my boyfriend's family had a double whammy of grandmother in the hospital (ultimately passing away a few days later) and dad having a foot amputated. On top of that, my mother and sister have had some major relationship issues and also financial emergencies. AND, I've been trying to work extra and keep up with extra meeting as well as my 3 12 hour shifts each week. I'm doing my best, but I just couldn't keep up with the stress of following a challenge on top of family stress, grief, work stress.

You all have my support - kudos for you for sticking with it. I'll try again soon. I'm still making efforts to eat primally, but I'm not fully there yet.

We don't eat out usually so i think I will save this for thanksgiving day.

I was able to reach out to some loved ones - and the PEM is easy to do - interesting that I have improved over the 21 days even though I do not feel as if I have been consisitent.

Things I need to do today:
1. Breathe in
2. Breathe out
