Most of track our food here on sparks. but I find it helpful to do the daily feedback - at the bottom it breaks down the macronutrients for you and gives % of fat/carb/protein I started using this tool last year when I was trying to keep my carbs below 15%. Now I find it helpful to ensure that all my macronutrients are in line. My carbs have been steady between 50 - 100 but the last 4 days I have had no problem staying below 75 which is my new goal. I am finding that I lose effortlessly if I keep it to the 50 - 75 g range.
We only have antenna tv at the house so the media fast isn't an issue for me either - to darn many things to do to lose time to TV. I get home after 6 pm and have animals to feed etc before I can eat then settle down for the night.
At least I will be able to do the exercise today!
