Already ahead of the game on the no labels - just put the last chuck roast from last years 1/2 a cow into the crockpot (good thing our new beef will be ready soon!) with a pile of onions, a few carrots and some potatos for hubby
Breakfast is left over steak and salad (Oh Oh does salad in a bag count? I love the spring mix or 50/50 blend - lots of goodies in there that I can't get -----)
Breakfast was sausage and a hardboiled egg from our lady chicks.
I should be able to fit in a 20 minute sprint workout today after yoga.
Barefooting it in the house all the time - toughing up my snesative feet so that one is out of the way - I have journeyed into the yard and the sidewalks the past few weeks but it is fridgid right now! I need to invest in some vibrams when I have the dough
