I did very well today, although I didn't go through my cupboards. Basically because no else eats primal in this house. No problem. Not hugely tempting to me anyhow... I did my exercise and got in my "walk" (I actually cleaned my house for about 4 hours; I figure that's as good as a walk)
Have fun with this everyone! It has been a good reminder for me - I see that the exercise portion is certainly a weak area of mine. My diet seems fairly dialed in with the challenge. It is really interesting to review Primal living this way! And for the new ones it is so easy to make these simple changes - low stress

I'm going to just post my progress with the challenge here, as SASSIS has already posted the challenges in an organized way (thread for each day). So, tomorrow I begin by going through my cupboards, shopping for Primal food (which I already have), doing basic movements and going for a walk.
My partner starts his 21 day challenge (he got a copy of the book) either today or tomorrow, but i havent had a chance to read the book yet (he's hogging it, and wont share until he's done) so i could definitely start monday with the rest of you guys. Since we'll be sharing a copy of the book, i'm going to sometimes need to see what the plan is for the day if he's got the book, so posting here would be a big help.
Starting monday also gives me a chance to finish off the last few pieces of the halloween candy before we start!

Yeah. I got the book. It says to start on a Monday. If you don't have the book, I can try and post the challenges for the 21 days... and if you already read the Primal Blueprint, it's basically the same info. Mark just sort of gives a schedule for 21 days....
Thank God Thanksgiving and Halloween are over here. lol I had a pice of Halloween candy. It was SOOOO sweet! Yuck! I'm done with that stuff for good! Anyhow, I'm hoping to have a good start before Christmas and holiday season are upon us. lol
